Due to the nature of our business, we have a limited return policy. We understand that in some rare cases, you may need to make a return, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations.

However, please note that we generally do not accept returns, except for rare occasions when the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. this  can only apply if item was sent without care and protective package upon shipping. If this happens, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand that this policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best possible products and services.
